The Porte is approximately 1200 plus square feet and comfortably furnished. Located right on the river's edge with it's own sugar white sand beach and crystal clear water. The water is shallow at the beach. It's perfect and safe even for toddlers. Great fishing and blue-crabbing can be had right off the dock! The master bedroom has it's own covered porch with a ceiling fan providing an ever present breeze while reading, day dreaming or just watching the dolphins play out in the river while your enjoying a morning cup of coffee ... or sipping on a sundowner in the evening! Since the river is on the north side, you'll enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets.

Guest Bedroom has a bunk bed with full size bottom, twin size top. (crib available on request). It also has a complete bath, TV and WIFI. the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this bedroom.

Refrigerator: Large refrigerator with freezer and ice maker.
Cooking Utensils: Kitchen and Pantry stocked with all dishes, pots, utensils and appliances including Toaster, Coffee Machine, and Dishwasher.
Dining Area: Kitchen Counter seats four (4) and Dining Table seats six (6).
Parking: Ample covered parking for two (2) cars (with rental) and additional for guest day visits
