be a honeymoon hide-away or the family vacation on the beach. It's in
the perfect small private complex on the 1st of two floors. Both sunrise and sunset are
enjoyed from the it's water front beach and river view covered decks. |

- is a spacious 3
Bedroom & 2 Bath Cottage Style Home with a large deck overlooking Old
River from it's canal location. The sunsets from the deck are breath
taking. This has become the fishermen's favorite. |

- is a mirror
image of Maison 1, also with 3 Bedrooms & 2 Baths. It has a covered
porch with a view of the Gulf and beach from it's same canal location.
Likewise, the sunsets from the porch ... are a sight to behold. |

"mother-in-law" suite with 1 Bedroom & 1 Bath located just below Maison 1. It is all
inclusive with a full kitchen, dinning and living areas. It has it's own entrance out to the canal side deck at ground level. |

Porte Frechette
- is a two level townhouse with 2 Bedrooms & 2½
baths
located on Old River with views similar
to that at Chez Frechette ... but elevated. The Porte has a white sand
with crystal clear water for swimming. This unit enjoys the most returns
of small families.

but one of the VACATION HOMES
are located within the
boundaries of the
Perdido Key State Park.
For you, this means
no crowds on the beach. On the west boundary
(near Porte Frechette) is a bird sanctuary, and on the east boundary is a park
preserve with walking trails along beautiful Old River (to the north).
The southern boundary is the
beach and the Gulf of Mexico. There are two board walks to
the beach from our residential area ... and there is no access charge
for renters of our vacation homes. As a matter of fact, since our area
of the beach is located midway between the two public beach parking
lots, you'll never experience beach crowds
